
PRIOR TO SEASON ALL PLAYERS & COACHES TO SIGN LEGAL WAIVER AGREEING TO PROCESS BELOW Guidelines will follow all state and local recommendations. Participants will be local to Portland and the surrounding areas.Įveryone on site will sign a social responsibility pledge to abide by workflow, process, hygiene, sanitation, and separation guidelines. Players and staff will agree to limit travel. Reducing the number of support personnel and spectators will drastically reduce contact and exposure. The games will be scaled down for a skeleton-crew production, including use of unmanned cameras, strategically placing umpires away from players, and limited broadcast announcers.

The Portland Pickles/WWWL will be working closely with partners ZoomCare & Adventist Health to ensure safety protocols and testing are done in a safe and efficient way. Any equipment entering the park will be screened and sanitized.

In an effort to establish and maintain a safe environment for all Portland Pickles baseball players, coaches, and staff in the 2020 season, we are implementing guidelines and devising safety protocols for all aspects of the organization, following all state, local, and federal recommendations.Īll players and staff will undergo thorough daily medical screening in order to enter the Ballpark.
